Once your claim has been submitted, you will receive further email correspondence from a dedicated claims handler.
In the event of a successful accidental damage claim, we will arrange for your device to be collected and inspected by one of our approved repairers who will assess the damage on the equipment and best decide whether to repair or replace the equipment.
In the event of a successful theft / loss claim, we will arrange a replacement from one of our approved suppliers who will contact you directly to arrange delivery of your replacement device.
Please ensure that you fill out the claim form with accurate, and in as much detail as possible, to facilitate an efficient claims process.
